复方黄倍软膏抗过敏及止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄倍软膏的抗过敏及止痒作用。方法通过二硝基氯苯丙酮溶液诱发小鼠迟发变态反应和磷酸组胺诱发豚鼠局部瘙痒的实验模型,以不同浓度的复方黄倍软膏局部外用,观察其对二硝基氯苯丙酮溶液诱发变态反应和对磷酸组胺致痒反应的影响。结果中、高浓度的复方黄倍软膏能明显降低二硝基氯苯丙酮致小鼠超敏反应值(P<0.01),提高豚鼠耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈(P<0.001)。结论复方黄倍软膏具有较好的抗过敏和止痒作用。Objective To study the anti-allergic and anti-itching effect of compound Huangbei paste. Methods The anti-allergic effect of compound Huangbei paste of different concentrations was obsened in models of delayed hyper- sensitivity caused by dinitrochlorobenzene（DNCB） in mice and anti-itching effect of this paste on itch caused by hista- mine phosphate was studied in guinea pigs. Results In anti-allergic and anti-itching experiments, compound Huangbei paste of a moderate concentration and high concentration could significantly reduce the delayed hypersensitivity of mice caused by DNCB（ P 〈0.01 ） and increase the itch-threshold of cavies caused by histamine phosphate （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Compound Huanzbei paste has good anti-allerzic and anti-itchin~ effect.
