摘　　要：目的建立同时测定面刺乳膏中甲硝唑、氯霉素和螺内酯含量的HPLC法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(68∶32),流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果甲硝唑在450～7200 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为1.47%(n=9);氯霉素在502～9032 ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.65%,RSD为1.76%(n=9);螺内酯在159～2544 ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.11%,RSD为1.79%(n=9)。结论该法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于面刺乳膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for detecting contents of metronidazole, chloramphenicol and spironolactone by HPLC. Methods A Diamonsil TM C lscolumn （250 mm× 4.6 mm,5.0 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（68： 32）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml .min-i, and the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results The linear range of metronidazole was within 450-7200 ng（ r =0. 9992）. The average recovery was 99.74% ,while RSD was l. 47% （ n = 9 ）. The linear range of chloramphenicol was within 502-9032 ng, and the average recovery was 99.65%. RSD was 1.76% （ n = 9）. The linear range of spironolactone was within 159- 2544 ng, the average recovery was 100.11% ,and RSD was 1.79% （ n =9）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Mianci cream.
