摘  要:本文采用查阅文献资料、综合分析、逻辑推理等方法,对近几年中国体育专业毕业生就业现状及成因进行分析。结果表明:当前体育专业毕业生就业情况非常差,名牌体育院系一次性就业率在20%左右,普通体育院系一次性就业率只在10%以内,不到同期毕业生整体初次就业率的一半,在各类院校中排名最后。中国体育专业毕业生人才资源总量增加、用人单位门槛的提高、高校就业指导体系的不完善、体育专业毕业生自身综合素质偏低等,成为体育专业毕业生就业率低的重要原因。针对这些原因,文章提出了提高体育专业毕业生就业率的对策。The paper makes an investigation of the employment situation of P. E. major graduates in recent years via documentation, comprehensive analysis, logical reasoning and other methods. The investigation reveals that P. E. major graduates come last in employment rate among various college and university graduates : one-time employment rate for key P. E, departments and institutes is 20% while that for general P.E. departments and institutes is below 10%, which accounts for no more than half the initial employment rate of the graduates over the same period. Reasons for the low employment rate of P. E. major graduates are: the increasing number of graduates; more and more demanding employers; imperfect guiding system of employment for colleges and universities; comparatively lower overall quality of graduates. To heighten the employment rate for P. E. major graduates, the paper also offers some countermeasures to eradicate these factors.
