摘  要:目的观察研究该院新生儿重症监护室院内感染者病原菌检测结果,以供临床参考。方法对2008年1月—2012年3月该院收治的32例新生儿重症监护室院内感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿进行病原菌种类及耐药性检查,统计检查结果。结果 32例患儿中包括革兰氏阳性菌14例,其中以表皮葡萄球菌比例最高,其次为溶血性葡萄球菌,此外还包括金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌等;革兰氏阴性菌17例,以肺炎克雷伯菌最为常见,其次为大肠杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌,此外还包括鲍曼不动杆菌等;真菌1例;革兰氏阳性菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺的敏感性较高;革兰氏阴性菌17例,对亚胺培南、阿米卡星和头孢西丁的敏感性较高。结论新生儿重症监护室院内感染中革兰氏阳性菌与阴性菌的发病率均较高,因此需要对病原菌进行积极培养,并可以使用联合抗感染方法。Objective To observe our hospital NICU nosocomial infection pathogens test results for clinical reference. Methods January 2008 to March 2012 in our'hospital 32 cases of neonatal intensive care unit nosocomial infection in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed all children pathogens and resistance checks, statistical examination results. Results 32 cases in children, including 14 cases of Gram-positive bacteria, which the highest proportion of Staphylococcus epidermidis, followed by hemolytic staphylococci, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus addition; 17 cases of gram-negative bacteria toKlebsiella pneumoniae is the most common, followed by Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in addition to including Acinetobacter baumannii, etc.; fungi; Gram-positive bacteria, vancomycin, linezolid sensitivity thanhigh; 17 cases of gram-negative bacteria, imipenem, amikacin and cefoxitin sensitivity. Conclusion The neonatal intensive care unit nosocomial infection incidence rates of Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, and therefore need to actively cultivate the pathogen and can use the joint anti-infective.
