摘　　要：目的研究组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎(HNL)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)细胞变化及临床意义。方法用流式细胞术(FCM)检测51例HNL患者及18名健康对照者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞百分率。结果 HNL组与健康对照组比较,CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值及CD16+CD56+细胞下降(P<0.05)。经治疗,19例治愈患者和30例好转患者上述指标明显上升(P<0.05),与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HNL患者细胞免疫功能明显异常。T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞检测可作为HNL疗效判断的指标。Objective To study the changes and its clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer（NK） cells in peripheral blood of patients with histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis（HNL）. Methods The percentages of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells of 51 HNL patients and 18 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry（FCM）. Results Compared with the healthy controls,the numbers of CD3＋ cell,CD4＋ cell,CD16＋CD56＋ cell and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio decreased in HNL patients（P〈0.05）. After therapy,19 patients achieved complete remission,and 30 patients got improvement,and there was no statistical significance compared with healthy controls（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Cellular immune function is significantly abnormal in patients with HNL. The detections of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells are clinically significant on the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of HNL.
