摘　　要："整体作战法"是"禹州经验"的核心,而这个核心的核心在于"整体"二字。"平安禹州"作为基层单位能够运用整体论、系统化思想解决实际问题,并形成一个整体工作思路和行动纲领,这是"禹州经验"的突出特点和可贵之处。禹州"整体作战法"的结构层次大体有四:整体谋划、整体部署、整体作战、整体推进。＂Integrated operational method＂, the nuclear of the ＂Yuzhou policing mode＂, focuses and features on the concept of ＂integration＂. Yuzhou Police Department employs the integrated and systematic policing method in their law enforcement activities. The ＂Integrated operational method＂ consists of four structural layers, namely the integrated planning, the integrated deployment, the integrated operation, and the integrated advancement.
