摘　　要：目的 :编制计算机化神经行为核心测试系统。方法 :依WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(NeurobehavioralCoreTestBattery ,NCTB)和上海医科大学计算机化的神经行为测试系统 -汉语版 (Computer -administeredNeurobehavioralEvaluationSystemChineseVersion ,NES -C)为依据 ,用VisualBasic语言编制 ,Windows下运行 ,共 2 3项测试分别测查了感知觉、记忆、思维、心理运动及注意等基本认知能力。结果 :经实验室及现场初步测试验证 ,该软件系统的信度、效度及结果的重现性方面已达到功能设计要求。结论Objective: A computerized neurobehavioral test system was introduced, which was made by visual basic and run under Windows. Method: The neurobehavioral test system was derived from neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB), which was recommended by WHO and from computerized neurobehavioral evaluation system (Chinese version). It assessed the following functions: perception, memory, thinking, psychomotor, attention and so on. Result: The reliability and validity were proved satisfying. Conclusion: It provides a brief, stable and effective test system for cognitive and behavioral toxicology.
