摘　　要：结合电厂后评价工作,对燃料、锅炉、汽轮机、发电机的选择,燃烧系统及设备,热力系统及设备,供热系统,燃煤系统进行了介绍.给出了2009年、2010年运行指标,介绍了电厂运行所进行的技术改进.对设计情况和运行情况进行了分析,提出了需要探讨和改进的建议.Accompanied with post evaluation work, this paper introduced the design characteristics of the power plant including from the choices of fuel, boiler, ,;team turbine, generator, to the combustion system and its equipment, ther- mal systems and its equipment, heating system, the main factory building arrangement, coal system, ash and slag han- dling system, electrical system, and hydraulic system. This paper also introduced the operating situation, gave the oper- ation index in 2009 and 2010, and introduced the technical improvements to the power plant＇s operation. According to the analysis to the design and operation situations, this paper puts forward suggestions to improvement and the opera- tion management.
