摘　　要：人权,是世界各国普遍关注的重要问题。当代中国共产党人运用马克思主义人权理论考察当今世界人权问题,并结合中国社会主义初级阶段的实际揭示了当代中国人权的基本内涵,针对国际社会中有关人权问题的种种奇谈怪论,旗帜鲜明地主张国权(主权)高于人权,从而丰富了马克思主义人权观,为深入开展人权问题的理论研究和推进社会主义人权事业提供了正确的思想方法论指导。The important issue of human rights is widely concerned all over the world. Chinese communists examine the world＇ s human rights by using Marxist human rights theory, reveal the basic concept of contemporary Chinese human rights with practice of Chinese socialism of primary level, and clearly propose national rights （sovereignty） above human rights for fantastic stories and theories about human fights in international community. Hence, Marxist view of human fights is enriched and correct guidance of thinking methodology provided in human rights research which press forward socialist human rights cause.
