摘　　要：文章分析了阜阳市区防洪现状,提出解决城市防洪排涝的工程措施和非工程措施。Based on the current situation analysis of Fuyang urban flood control, this paper puts forward engineering and non-engineering measures to solve the city flood control and drainage problem.
