摘　　要：文章结合皖西南某县团组织建设的实际情况,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了进一步加强基层团建工作的对策。Based on the situation of the construction of Communist Youth League in a county in southwest Anhui province, this paper manages to find out the problems and the countermeasures of how to further develop the Basic-level Organization of Communist Youth League.
