摘　　要：分析了汽车连接件的冲压成形工艺,进行多次分阶段成形和逐步切除废料的11工位级进排样设计和模具结构设计,采用抬料板和整体弹压卸料板相结合的结构形式,在一副模具中同时完成冲裁、弯曲、拉深等多道工序。模具结构紧凑,卸料可靠,实现了自动送料、卸料和出料,可进行大批量自动化生产,产品质量高,整体成本低。The stamping process of an automobile interconnecting piece was analyzed. The 11 work stations progressive die was designed, which involved blank layout scheme, die construction and the main parts and components. The die is characterized by the combination of the raising plate and the elastic pressure stripper plate, resulting in a well feeding and reliable stripping during the piecing, bending and drawing process . The die is compact in construction, stable in working, safe and simple in operation and has a high production efficiency.
