摘　　要：进口5083精加工板具有表面精度高、没有内应力、加工变形小的特点。将其代替普通轧制板材作为高精度墙板零件的毛坯,大大缩短了零件的加工周期。在新产品试制过程中,可有效缩短试制周期,提高市场反应能力。The imported 5083 precise machined plate has high precision surface and has no internal stress as well. Its machining deformation is very small. The 5083 precise machined plate can substitute for the general mangled plate material as the high precision wall plate part block, and can greatly shorten processing cycle of the parts. During the trial production of the new product, the reduced processing cycle may increase the market response capability.
