摘　　要：结合病案,介绍郑昌雄教授临床应用生黄芪联合宣肺止咳法、祛风通窍法、健脾和胃法以及化痰行瘀、养阴利喉法治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病的经验。On the basis of medical records, this paper introduces Professor Zheng Changxiong＇ s clinical experience in combining Radix Astragali seu Hedysari with the methods of diffusing the lung to suppress cough, dispelling wind to restore orifices and invigorating spleen to unblock stomach for the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases.
