问荆合剂治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察问荆合剂治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组口服问荆合剂,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠;两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效及Michel Lequesen膝骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)、WOMAC量表指数变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.7%、70.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组Michel Lequesen膝骨关节炎严重性指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后及治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组疼痛、僵硬、日常活动程度、日常活动难度积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,疼痛、日常活动难度积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问荆合剂治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎临床疗效优于双氯芬酸钠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Wenjing Mixture＂ in treating keen osteoarthritis of dampness-heat obstruction pattern. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by ＂Wcnjing Mixture＂, and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Diclofenac sodium, with the course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy, ISOA and WOMAC were observed. Results ①The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②There was a significant difference in ISOA between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the ISOA in control group before or after treatment was statistically different from that in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ The scores of pain, stiff, daily acti＇~ities and difficulty of daily activity were significantly different between before and after treatment in each group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the scores of pain and daily activity difficulty were significantly different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Wenjing Mixture＂ result in superior clinical efficacy compared with Diclofenac sodium for the treatment of keen osteoarthritis of dampness-heat obstruction pattern.
