茵陈退黄栓治疗新生儿高胆红素血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵陈退黄栓治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的82例患儿随机分为对照组42例、栓剂组40例。对照组予蓝光光疗治疗,栓剂组予蓝光光疗加茵陈退黄栓塞肛治疗,两组疗程均为7天。观察黄疸缓解时间、临床症状改善情况与黄疸复发率。结果栓剂组、对照组临床总有效率分别为67.5%、45.2%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组黄疸缓解时间及黄疸复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵陈退黄栓能有效缩短高胆红素血症患儿的退黄时间,改善临床症状体征,降低黄疸复发率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yinchen Tuihuang Suppository＂ in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Eighty-two cases were randomized into two groups： control group in which 42 cases were treated by blue light therapy, and suppository group in which 40 cases were treated by combined ＂Yinehen Tuihuang Suppository＂ and blue light therapy, with a course of 7 days. The relief time stage, clinical symptoms and recurrence rate of jaundice were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 67.5% in the treatment group and 45.2% in the control group, with a difference between them （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were significant differences in relief time, clinical symptoms and recurrence rates between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yinehen Tui huang Suppository＂ can shorten the relief time of jaundice,improve the c｜inieal symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of jaundice.
