摘　　要：从原材料、设备、生产工艺及产品质量的角度介绍了发光母粒的研制过程,并从蓄光剂的毒性、粒度、加入量及偶联剂等方面进行了讨论。结果表明:制备的发光母粒质量稳定可靠,发光亮度为2.4 cd/m2,适合生产发光纤维。The research and development process of luminescent masterbatch in raw material,equipment,production technology and product quality are introduced.The toxicity,particle size and adding amount of light-storing agent and coupling agent are discussed.The results indicate that the quality of prepared luminescent masterbatch is reliable,lightness is 2.4 cd/m2 and the product is suitable for production of luminescent fiber.
