摘  要:提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定土壤中铀含量的方法。土壤样品称样0.200 0 g,用硝酸6.0 mL、盐酸2.0 mL、氢氟酸2.0 mL于微波消解仪中消解完全。选择波长为385.958 nm的谱线作为铀的分析线。方法的检出限(3σ)为0.15 mg·L^(-1)。方法用于分析国家标准物质GBW(E)080173,测定值与认定值相符。方法的回收率在92%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)为1.0%。A new method for the determination of uranium in soil by ICP-AES was proposed in this paper. The sample (0. 2000g) was dissolved completely with 6 mL of HNO3, 2. 0 mL of HC1 and 2. 0 mL of HF in a micro-wave digestor. The spectral line of 385. 958 nm was selected as analytical line for the determination. Value of detection limit (3 σ) of the method found was 0. 15mg·L^-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of a CRM [GBW(E) 080173], giving results in consistency with the reference values. Values of recovery of the method were found in the range of 92%-106%, and RSD (n=10) was 1.0%.
