摘　　要：通过对塔里木油田油套管在使用过程中发生的失效事故和油套管订货技术标准进行分析,认为依据油套管使用工况确定订货技术标准,严格订货技术标准有利于减少油套管失效事故,统一技术标准是油田和油套管生产厂家共同的责任,统一技术标准不仅有利于油田降低采购成本,有利于油田管理和减少库存,也有利于大多数生产厂家和油套管国产化。在油套管订货技术标准中,应当对油套管的尺寸精度、材料性能、抗粘扣性能、密封性能等提出具体要求。最后介绍了塔里木油田在第三套井身结构中套管技术要求及标准化成功的案例。An investigation on tubing and casing failure accidents was done. It was considered that the technology standard should be in accordance with the service condition of tubing and casing, and strict technology standard is benefit to prevent from failure accidents. Unification standard not only is responsibility of both oil field and mill and is in favor of reduction buying cost, but also is advantaged to oil field manage and reduce storage and is benefit to most manufactory and develop nation industry. It was suggested that dimension precision, material performance, seal performance and so on, should be specified strictly in tubing and casing standard according to the service condition. An example was given at last that the casing standard was applied successfully to the third well structure in Tarim oil field so far.
