参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的血气分析和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的　评价中成药参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)的临床疗效。方法　治疗组采用参麦注射液 30mL加入葡萄糖氯化钠静滴 ,1次 /d ,15d为 1个疗程。对照组采用脉络宁注射液 40mL加入葡萄糖氯化钠中静滴 ,1次 /d ,15d为 1个疗程。观察病人的血气分析和血液流变学指标。结果　 2组病人都有改善血气分析及降低血液粘稠度、改变血液流变学的作用 ,参麦注射液在改善PaO2 、SaO2 、PaCO2 等方面明显高于脉络宁注射液。结论　参麦注射液在改善COPD患者的低氧血症、血液粘稠度方面具有一定的作用 ,应早期应用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the Chinese drug Shenmai Injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.METHODS In the treatment group, the patients were treated with Shenmai Injection, with 30 mL of the injection daily and 15 days as a course of treatment. In the control group, the patients were treated with Mailuoning Injection, with 40 mL of the injection daily and 15 days as a course of treatment.RESULTS In both groups, the injections had the effect of improving blood qi analysis, reducing the blood viscosity and changing the blood rheology. Shenmai Injection is much better than Mailuoning Injection in improving PaO 2, SaO 2 and PaCO 2.CONCLUSION Shenmai Injection has certain effect in improving hypoxemia and blood viscosity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, and should be used in the early stage of the disease.
