同步检测血清和唾液中的棘球蚴抗原及其特异性抗体

摘  要:应用 Mc Ab- Sandwich- EL ISA(夹心法 )及 Dot- EL ISA(点免疫法 )同步检测了包虫病病人的不同抗原、抗体样品 ,结果表明 Mc Ab夹心法对患者血清、唾液抗原阳性检出率分别为 80 .43%和 6 0 .87% ;点免疫法对血清、唾液抗体检出率为86 .96 %和 78.2 6 % ,均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对抗原、抗体的同步检测结果进行显著性及相关性分析 ,得出血清抗原检测可取代以往的血清抗体检测 ,唾液抗体检测可代替血清抗体进行包虫病的无损伤性免疫诊断。The purpose of this article is to study the relations of antigen and antibody between different samples from patients with echinococcosis. The results showed that the positive rates of detecting antigen in sera, saliva from patients by Sandwich ELISA were 80.43%,60.87%, respectively. Using Dot ELISA, we obtained that correspondingly positive rates of antibody were 86.96%,78.26%,which were significantly higher than those of control groups (P<0.05), by correlation analysis to the results of detecting antigen,antibody. It was concluded that detecting antigen in sera could substitude for antibody. Detecting antibody in saliva by Dot ELISA is an effective, noninvasive method of diagnosis of hydatid disease.
