云南省景洪市虫媒病毒调查分析

摘　　要：近 10多年来 ,先后从云南省景洪市各乡镇的当地病人、猪、蝙蝠和蚊虫体内分离出乙型脑炎病毒 2 2株 ,从白纹伊蚊中分离到登革 4型病毒 1株 ,从蝙蝠和蚊虫体内分离到基孔肯雅病毒 5株 ,从患者急性期血液中分离到辛德毕斯病毒1株 ,从发热病人血液、脑炎病人脑脊液、猪血清和牛血清中分离到新环状病毒 47株 ,从黄胸鼠肺脏中检查出流行性出血热病毒抗原阳性 6份 ;人群、猪、恒河猴或鼠类血清中亦检出上述 6种病毒的抗体 ,表明景洪市存在乙型脑炎、登革热、基孔肯雅、辛德毕斯、新环状病毒和流行性出血热自然疫源地。此外 ,该地人群血清中还检查出西门利克森林病 (SF)、格塔 (GET)、库京 (KUN)、圣路易脑炎 (SL E)、雪鞋野兔 (SSH)、巴泰 (BAT)、森林脑炎 (RSSE)、柯萨努尔森林病 (KFD)、波瓦生 (POW)、兰格特 (L GT)和克里米亚 -刚果出血热 (CCHF)等多种病毒抗体 ,提示当地可能存在更多的蚊媒和蜱媒病毒。During 1980s to 1990s, 22 strains of Japanese encephalitis(JE)virus were isolated from the sera of patients' brains of suckling pig and bat (Rousettus leschenaulti), and 10 species mosquitoes (Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Cx.pseudovishnui,Cx.annulus,Cx.whitmorei,Cx.fuscocephalus,Anopheles sinensis,Aedes vexans,Ae.albopictus,Ae.lineatopennis and Mansonia uniformis);one strain of Dengue type 4 virus was isolated from Ae.albopictus;5 strains of chikungunya(CHIK) virus were isolated from the brains of Rousettus leschenaulti,Ae.albopictus and Cx.tritaeniorhynchus;one strain of Sindbis virus was isolated from serum of a patient; 47 strains of new orbivirus were isolated from the sera of fever and encephalitis patients,cattles and pigs;the positive rate of epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)virus antigens was 2.6%(6/231) from the lungs of Rattus flavipectus,in Jinghong City,Yunnan,China.These results indicated that there were JE,Dengue,CHIK, Sindbis, New orbivirus and EHF natural foci in Jinghong.Besides,the sera from normal person were collected in Jinghong,antibodies against SF,GET,KUN,SLE,SSH,BAT,RSSE,KFD,POW,LGT,and CCHF viruses were detected.The results suggested that there be multi species of mosquito borne and tick borne viruses in Jinghong.
