摘  要:在考虑止推轴承、止推盘和油膜之间流固热多物理场耦合的情况下,建立了止推轴承的模型。考虑瓦块和止推盘受力、受热形变的影响,模拟出了转速在2 000r/min、4 000r/min、6 000r/min和8 000r/min时不同轴向载荷下的平均油膜厚度曲线。通过比较模拟曲线与实际测量曲线[1],得出在低转速下,模拟出的平均油膜厚度与实验所得相当吻合,并得到了油膜的压力分布图、厚度分布图和瓦块的温度云图,为推力轴承的设计以及旋转机械轴位移故障的准确诊断提供理论依据。In this paper, consideration of TEHD of thrust bearing, runner and oil film, a model of tilting pad thrust bearing is established. Considering the influence of the deformation caused by stress and heat in the pad and in the runner, the curves, the average thickness of oil film VS axial loading under 2 000r/min, 4 000r/min, 6 000r/ min and 8 000r/min are obtained through the simulation. Through comparing simulation curve and actual measuring curve, it is obtained that the simulation average oil thickness and of experiment is fairly good when the rotation speed is low. Further the pressure distribution chart, thickness distribution chart of oil film and the temperature distribution of pad are obtained. Result of the research can provide theoretical foundation for thrust bearing design and rotating machinery axial displacement fault diagnosis.
