摘　　要：为提高硝酸装置四合一压缩机组的运行稳定性,用户从机组的设计阶段开始,全面考虑提高安装运行质量的措施。从设计到安装、开车调试以及提高机组运行可控度等方面进行改进,并推动实施,其结果机组安装开车十分顺利,经专家评定,装置运行处于国内领先水平。In order to improve the operating stability of 4-in- 1 compressor unit of nitric acid plant, the users fully consider the measures of improving installation and operating quality start from The improvement design stage of unit. from design installation, commissioning and operation, and improving unit operating control is carried out and implemented. As a result, the installation and operation of the unit is very smoothly. Based on the assessment by experts, the plant operation can reach the leading level in domestic.
