仁术健胃颗粒逆转胃癌前期病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察仁术健胃颗粒对胃癌前病变的逆转作用。方法　将 12 0例符合诊断标准的胃癌前期病变患者 ,随机分为仁术健胃颗粒治疗组 80例和胃复春对照组 40例进行临床疗效观察。结果　①综合疗效 :治疗组总有效率为 91.2 5 % ,对照组为75 .0 0 % ,经统计学处理 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;②治疗组胃镜及对萎缩、肠化、异型增生的疗效分别为 71.2 5 %、77.5 0 %、79 .49%、88.46 % ,对照组为 5 2 .5 0 %、6 0 .0 0 %、6 2 .5 0 %、6 6 .6 7%。 2组疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后胃粘膜上皮细胞超微结构有明显改善 ,血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)明显升高 ,脂质过氧化物 (LPO)明显降低。结论　仁术健胃颗粒具有较好的抗氧化、清除自由基、抗细胞过度增殖、抑杀HP、诱导促进细胞的分化成熟等作用 ,是逆转胃粘膜癌前病变的有效方药。OBJECTIVE To observe the reversion effect of Renzhujianwei Granule in the treatment of precancerous pathological changes of carcinoma of stomach. METHODS 120 patients were divided randomly into a group of 80 patients treated with Renzhujianwei Granule and a control group of 40 patients treated with Weifuchun.RESULTS ①Comprehensive effect: The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 91.3% and 75.0% respectively, with significant statistical significance ( P <0.05);②The effective rates in gastroscope, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and heterotypic hyperplasia were 71.25%, 77.5%, 79.49% and 88.46% respectively, whereas these figures in the control group were 52.5%, 60.0%, 62.5% and 66.67% respectively, with marked difference ( P <0.01～0.05). After the treatment, there were marked improvements in the ultrastructure of epithelial cell of the gastric mucosa, marked rise of SOD and marked decline of LPO. CONCLUSION Renzhujianwei Granule has the effect of preventing oxidation, removing free radicals, preventing cell over hyperplasia, inhibiting HP and inducing and promoting cell differentiation and maturation, and is therefore an effective drug for reversing precancerous pathological changes of the gastric mucosa.
