摘　　要：目的　探讨医用胶自体颅骨碎片粘合一期成形术的疗效。方法　采用 EC耳脑胶粘合自体颅骨碎片一期成形术治疗 36例 ,对照传统方法 (回顾性 )治疗 47例创伤性粉碎性颅骨折病人 ,比较两种方法的临床效果。结果　一期颅骨成形术随访 2 8例无并发症 ,随访 3～ 13个月见骨瓣无塌陷及移位 ,无骨质吸收及死骨存在 ;传统方法治疗组回访 (8～ 30个月 ) 18例 ,皮下积液 8例 ,切口不愈合 1例 ,明显异物感 9例 (其中 1例取出人造材料 )。结论　医用胶自体颅骨碎片粘合一期成形术疗效确切 ,治疗费用低廉 ,在临床上有推广应用价值 ,手术成功的关键在于彻底清创。Objective\ To probe the curative effect of primary plastic opration of autocranial bone chip conglutination with medical adhesive Methods\ To contrast the treatment of primary plastic operation of autocranial bone chip conglutination with EC adhesive for 36 cases to the traditional therapy (retrospective) of traumatic and comminuted fracture of skull for 47 cases and compare their clinical effect Results\ Follow up surveying 28 cases with primary plastic operation shows no complications, no bone flaps, no collapses and shifts(3 13 months follow up survey) no bone absorption and no sequester Otherwise, follow up surveying 18 cases (8 30 months) with traditional therapy shows subdermatic dropsy with 8 cases, cut unhealing with one case and obvious foreign body sensation with 9 cases(one of them extracted artifical materials) Conclusion\ Primary plastic operation of autocranial bone chip conglutination with medical adhesive is more effective, cheaper and worth application and spread in clinical Its key to success lies on complete debridement, hemostasis and strict disinfection with cranial bone chips \ \
