切开复位张力带固定治疗Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折79例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位张力带固定治疗Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法对2006年5月至2009年3月79例Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用急诊切开复位加用外侧张力钢丝固定治疗,并对受累肘关节形态与功能进行评价。结果根据肘关节形态与功能评价标准,优54例(68.4%),良18例(22.8%),可5例(6.3%),差2例(2.5%)。发生肘内翻2例(2.5%),总满意率为91.1%。结论对于Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用切开复位加用外侧张力钢丝固定治疗疗效良好,并可减少肘内翻畸形的发生。Objective To explore the tension of open reduction with fixedⅢtreatment do children humerus fractures of the condyle.Methods In may 2006to March 2009 79cases of typeⅢchildren humerus condyle the fractures in the emergency department with open reduction and the lateral tension wire fixed treatment,and the form and function involvement elbow evaluation.Results According to form and function elbow evaluation criteria,the optimal 54cases（68.4%）,good 18cases（22.8%）,5patients（6.3%）,the difference in 2cases（2.5%）.Happened in 2cases turn elbow（2.5%）,the total satisfaction rate of 91.1%.Conclusions For the typeⅢchildren humerus condyle the fractures in open reduction and the lateral tension wire with fixed curative effect is good,and can reduce the occurrence of cubitus varus of elbow.
