阿奇霉素静脉滴注引起腹痛为先兆的尖端扭转型室速1例

摘　　要：加强阿奇霉素不良反应的监测及相关知识的宣传是提高医务人员合理用药的关键,也是医院质量管理重要的组成部分。随着该药的临床应用的日益广泛,不良反应逐渐增多。本文报道了1例阿奇霉素罕见的不良反应。患者静脉滴注阿奇霉素,用药30min后陆续出现上腹压痛、呼吸困难、意识丧失、室上性心动过速、尖端扭转型室速。后经心脏复苏、电击除颤等抢救措施,患者转危为安。Strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of azithromycin and the education of related knowledge is the key to improve the rational use of drugs by medical staffs, the important part of the hospital quality management. With increased widespread of clinical application, the adverse reactions of drugs also increased accordingly. This manuscript reported one rare case of azithromycin induced adverse reaction. The patient appeared abdominal tenderness, difficulty of breathing, loss of consciousness, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia and torsades de pointes 30min after venous transfusion of azithromycin. At last, the patient pulled through after a series of rescue measures, such as cardiac resuscitation, defibrillation, and so on.
