可吸收螺钉固定髁突囊内矢状骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用可吸收螺钉固定髁状突囊内矢状骨折的方法与疗效。方法对15例患者（18侧）髁突囊内矢状骨折，经耳屏前途径行髁突解剖复位，用2颗可吸收螺钉固定。术后行临床与影像学追踪观察。结果平均追踪18个月，全部患者疗效满意；14例痊愈，1例轻微错合，均无关节症状。影像检查示2例髁突轻微骨质吸投和形态异常，12-18个月后钉道由骨小梁充填。结论可吸收螺钉固定髁突囊内矢状骨折方法简便，疗效确却，并发症少。Objective To introduce the clinical application and curative effect of rigid interal fixation technique in fixing intracapsular sagittal condylar fracture with absorbable screw. Methods Eighteen condyles with intracapsular sagittal fracture of 15 cases were fixed by absorbable screw. Curative effects were observed with clinical and radiological follow-up for 18 months in average. Results The favorite results were obtained in all cases. Slight malocclusion existed in 1 case. Radiological abnormities were seen in 2 cases with CT scanning, but without any obvious function disturbances. Screw channel had been replaced by trabecular about 12 to 18 months later. Conclusion The rigid interal fixation technique with absorbable screw is simple and effective in fixing intracapsular sagittal condylar fracture.
