摘　　要：文中从农地发展权的视角,分析了基本农田保护跨区域补偿的主体和客体,提出了补偿方式和补偿标准。Based on rural land development right, This paper analyzes the subject and object of inter-regional compensation for basic agricultural land protection, puts forwards the ways and standards of the specific compensation.
