护理干预对深度手烧伤患者治疗依从性及术后功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对深度手烧伤患者治疗依从性和术后功能恢复的影响。方法将深度手烧伤患者90例按随机数字表法随机分为干预组和对照组各45例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理；干预组给予系统护理干预，比较两组患者对治疗的依从性和术后功能恢复情况。结果干预组患者对治疗的依从率为97．78％，对照组患者对治疗的依从率为80．0％，组间比较差异有统计学意义（X2=4．316，P〈0．05）；术后1个月，两组问手部外观及感觉的恢复，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；应用上肢功能评价表（DASH）评价术后功能的恢复，出院后6个月干预组术后感觉和外观恢复评分为（45±3）分，出院功能恢复评分为（25±5）分，对照组分别为（33±4）分和（43±5）分，两组组间比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为1．249，10．599；P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以提高深度手烧伤患者对医护人员的治疗依从性，并且对患者术后早期及出院后的功能恢复有明显的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and functional recovery of patients with deep hand burn. Methods Totals of 90 cases of patients with deep hand burn were randomly divided into the intervention group （ n = 45 ） and the control group （ n = 45 ）. The control group received routine care, while the intervention group was given systematic nursing intervention. Two groups＇ treatment compliance and postoperative functional recovery was compared. Results Treatment compliance was 97.78% in the intervention group and 80. 8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 4. 316, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference between the recovery of appearance and feeling in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. According to DASH, the recovery of feeling and appearance was （45 ± 3 ） six months after discharge, and the functional recovery was （25 ± 5 ） on discharge in the intervention group, while the recovery of feeling and appearance was （ 33 ± 4 ） six months after discharge, and the functional recovery was （43 ± 5 ） on discharge in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ t = 1. 249, 10. 599, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Nursing interventions can effectively improve the treatment compliance and promote functional recovery of patients with deep hand burn.
