摘  要:目的了解自制氧气袋多用接头在急诊科护理工作中的应用情况。方法由科研小组成员对急诊科和勤务部护士共80人进行氧气袋多用接头操作方法的培训。采用自身对照法,同一护士应用传统方法进行氧气袋供氧、充氧,封闭袋口操作(对照组),另再应用自制氧气袋多用接头进行以上操作(观察组)。采用自行编制调查表对以上80名护士分别就两种操作方法进行问卷调查。结果98%护士培训一次即达标,观察组合计操作用时(63.51±5.33)s,明显少于对照组的(242.82±9.21)s,差异有统计学意义(t=29.77,P〈0.01)。经问卷调查,氧气袋多用接头的接受程度、易操作性、储氧密闭性方面的满意度在95%以上;连接紧密性、减少工作量、提高工作效率方面满意度达100%。结论自制氧气袋多用接头操作简单,减少护士的工作量,提高护士的工作满意度。Objective To investigate the application of self-made multi-functional connectors for oxygen bags in emergency nursing. Methods Totals of 80 nurses from Emergency Department and Service Department were trained by a research group on using multi-functional connector for oxygen bags. Self-contrast method was used:a nurse used traditional method to supply and balloon oxygen as well as seal the bag mouth (80 times for the control method) , and then use self-made multi-functional connectors for the same progress (80 times for the experimental method ). Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and compare two methods. Results 98% nurses were qualified by training only once. Operating time of the experimental group (24.51 _+ 5.33 ) seconds was obviously shorter than that of the control group ( 242.82 + 9.21 ) seconds and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 29.77, P 〈 0.01 ). According to the results of questionnaires, the satisfaction on the acceptance, handle ability and oxygen leakproofness of the muhi-functional connector was more than 95%, and the satisfaction on connection tightness, reduction of workload and improvement of work efficiency reached 100%. Conclusions Self-made multi-functional connector for oxygen bags is simple to operate, and can effectively reduce nurses' workload and improve nursing satisfaction.
