跟骨关节内骨折畸形愈合引起外踝部疼痛的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨跟骨关节内骨折畸形愈合后外踝部疼痛的治疗方法。方法　采用跟骨外侧壁切除加Isbister手术治疗 19例 ,术前、术后采用X线及CT检查对跟骨横径指数进行测量。结果　按JOA(日本骨科学会 )标准评分由术前平均 61 4分提高到术后 76 1分 ,跟骨横径指数由术前 37 8%改善至 19 6 %。结论　该方法损伤小、疗效满意。Objective To investigate a better operative method of treating lateral malleolus pain caused by intra articular fracture of calcaneus. Methods The Isbister method and the resection of lateral wall of the calcaneus was adopted to treat 19 cases for 10 years. Before operation, the transverse diameter index of calcaneus is measured by CT and X ray. Results According to JOA score method, average score increased from 61 4 to 76 1 and the transverse diameter index reduced from 37 8% to 19 6%. Conclusion The method shows both the advantage of minimal injury and satisfied results.
