摘  要:在选定粘结剂体系的基础上,制备了不同碳粉形貌和不同碳粉配比的导电碳浆,研究了导电碳浆中导电相(碳粉)的种类、形貌、粒径以及配比对碳浆黏度、触变性以及导电膜电阻等性能的影响。结果表明,导电碳浆均表现出典型分散体系的流变学特征,具有剪切稀化效应。石墨片径越大,所制备碳浆的触变指数越大,固化膜方阻越小;在碳浆中碳粉含量固定的情况下,炭黑的质量分数越高,导电碳浆的黏度就越大,触变指数也越大;当石墨和炭黑的比例为6:4时,导电膜层具有最好的导电性;增加炭黑的比例将提高碳浆的溶剂释放性,缩短印刷膜层固化时间,但会导致方阻增加。On the basis of the selected binder system, conductive carbon paste with different carbon morphologies and different carbon ratios was prepared in this paper. The effects of type, morphology, particle size and the ratio of conductive phase(carbon) on the viscosity, thixotropy, and conductive film resistance of the conductive carbon paste were studied. Results show that all the conductive carbon paste exhibits the rheologicai characteristics of the typical dispersed system and shear-thinning effect. Meanwhile, the larger the size of the graphite powder, the higher the thixotropic index of the ink, and thus the lower the square resistance of conductive film. Given the fixed carbon content in the carbon paste, the higher the mass fraction of carbon black is, the higher the viscosity and thixotropic index of conductive carbon paste become. Conductive film possesses the best conductivity when the ratio of graphite to carbon black is 6 to 4. Increasing the proportion of carbon black will enhance the solvent release of the carbon paste and shorten the curing time of printing film, but will lead to increased square resistance.
