摘　　要：对直流固态继电器和混合式继电器的工作原理、特点以及目前存在的技术难点进行了系统阐述,分析比较了目前高压大电流直流固态继电器与混合式继电器的研究进展,并对今后大功率直流继电器的发展趋势进行了预测。The basic operation principles, characteristics and the technological ditticulties were summarized systematically for DC solid state relays and hybrid relays respectively. The paper especially compared the research progress of the high voltage and large current DC solid state relays and hybrid relays. In addition, the development tendency of large power DC relay was forecasted.
