摘  要:分析轮胎生产中压延锦纶帘布打褶的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过改造制动线路,在帘布卷取结束、摆架换工位时释放电机抱闸;采用风控制动盘调节垫布张力;卷取卷径采用直流调速器和中心卷取控制,卷取卷径张力锥度递减控制等措施,帘布打褶现象明显减少,帘布有形耗损率下降到0.4%。The causes of winkles of calendered nylon cord fabric during tire production were analyzed and the corrective actions were recommended. The brake system was modified to enable the motor holding brake at the end of cord winding and during work station change. The tension of cushion sheet was adjusted through air control brake. The winding diameter was monitored by DC converter, center-driven winding control, and taper tension control method. By taking the corrective actions, the winkles were reduced and the tangible loss decreased to 0.4%.
