2011～2012某院常见病原菌的分布特点及耐药分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院常见病原菌分布及其耐药现状,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法利用VITEK-2自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪进行病原菌鉴定和药敏试验,并按照美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)制定的各年度版本标准判定结果。结果 2011-01～2012-06,共分离病原菌14 916株,其中革兰阴性菌10 023株占67.2%,革兰阳性菌2 950株占19.8%,真菌1 943株占13.0%。金黄色葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率为57.7%(640/1 109),凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)的检出率为89.0%(960/1 079)。分离到3株对万古霉素耐药的MRCNS,但未发现对利奈唑胺耐药的葡萄球菌。结论加强细菌耐药性监测,对于规范抗菌药物的使用,减少医院感染的发生与流行有重要意义。Objective To understand distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens,so as to provide reference for the rational clinical application of antibiotics.Methods The implement identification was conducted by using VITEK-2 auto bacterial identification system,and susceptibility was tested by using susceptibility test instrument.The results were interpreted according to the standards developed by Clinical and Laboratory Standard Institute（CLSI） of the USA.Results A total of 14 916 strains of pathogens were isolated,including 10 023 strains of Gram-negative bacteria（67.2%）,2 950 strains of Gram-positive bacteria（19.8%） and 1 943 fungi（13.0%）.1 109 strains staphylococcus aureus were isolated,including 640 strains of MRSA（57.7%）.1 079 strains coagulase negative staphylococcus were isolated,including 960 strains of MRCNS（89.0%）.Linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus was not detected,but 3 vancomycin-resistant MRCNS were isolated.Conclusion The monitoring of bacterial resistance should be strengthened,and the use of antimicrobial agents should be regulated to reduce occurrence and prevalence of hospital infections.
