摘 要:人机系统可靠性的高低受系统中人的可靠性的制约,由于人受到多种因素的影响,其输出会产生较大的波动,进而影响人机系统的整体可靠性水平。时间压力是影响人机系统可靠性的重要因素之一,当时间压力水平超过操作员的可承受范围时,操作员的行为可靠性会随着压力的减小而提高。通过文献研究提出研究假设,并进行实验设计。实验研究表明:对于有时间限制的操作任务,采取成批分配任务的方式能减小操作员的时间压力,提高操作员的行为可靠性,降低人因失误。将该方法应用于汽车变速箱总成装配过程中的二轴分装工位,证实该方法有效。The reliability of the Human-machine system depends on the reliability of operators, whose reliability is affected by various factors. The time pressure is the important one of these factors which can lower oprators ' operation reliability if the time pressure level exceed the normal area. Research hypothesis were presented based on literatures research and experimental design were conducted. Experimental results shows that the stress can be relaxed and the operation reliability will be highten if operational tasks are distributed in batch. Then the human errors will be reduced. The task distributed method was applied in the sub-assembly system of axis Ⅱ of the Gearbox assembly,it works well.
