摘  要:文章制备了凹凸棒土负载磷钨酸催化剂,并应用于催化合成乙酸正丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量之比、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。最优的反应条件为:反应温度115℃,反应时间150 min,醇酸比2.5∶1,催化剂用量3%(按反应体系总质量计算),在此条件下,酯化率可达89.3%。Attapulgite supported phosphotungstic acid was prepared and applied as catalyst in the n-butyl acetate synthesis. The effects of the supported quantity, reaction time, reaction temperature, the molar ratio of alcohol and acid, and the dosage of catalyst on reaction were investigated. The optimized condition was determined as follows: the reaction temperature was 115℃, the reaction time was 150 min, the molar ratio of alcohol and acid was 2.5:1, the amount of catalyst was 3 %(based o11 total mass of reaction substances). Under the optimum conditions, the percentage ofesterifation reached 89.3 %.
