摘  要:以棉浆粕为原料,加入胶黏剂、填充剂和发泡剂后烘焙发泡,制备了新型植物纤维发泡缓冲材料。对制备纤维素棉浆粕纤维发泡缓冲包装材料的影响因素进行了研究。研究表明:胶黏剂的添加顺序为聚乙烯醇、明胶、甲基纤维素,质量比为2∶1∶1。制备发泡缓冲材料的优化工艺为:纤维素棉浆粕添加量为30%,胶黏剂用量为20%,发泡剂用量为2%,填料用量为23%。优化工艺条件下制备的发泡材料外观量化评分为10,密度为0.092 g/cm3,回弹率为20.5%,初步达到缓冲包装材料的要求。A new-type plant fiber foamed cushion packaging material was prepared using cotton pulp as raw material by baking method through mixing cotton pulp, adhesives agent, fillers agent and foaming agent. The influencing factors of cotton pulp fiber buffering and packaging materials were studied. The result showed that the adding sequence was Polyvinyl alcohol, Gelatin, then Methyl cellulose, while mass ratio was 2 : 1 : 1. Results showed that the optimized processing factors were cotton pulp fiber of 30 %, glue of 20 %, vesicant of 2 % and filling of 23 %. The foaming material made with optimized processing factors had good appearance of 10 credit, small bulk density of 0. 092 g/cm^3 and shape recovery rate of 20.5 %, which can used for buffer packaging material.
