摘　　要：分析了我国污水处理现状,介绍了BOT模式的特点。以BOT模式投资我国污水处理,可以有效地缓解我国环保领域投资不足的问题。同时研究了实施BOT模式中存在的问题,总结了BOT模式在我国的发展对策和发展前景。The status of municipal waste-water treatment was analyzed, and the BOT mode was introduced. Using this mode to the investments in the urban sewage treatment in China can effectively ease off the problem of capital shortage in the field of environmental protection. The problems of carrying out the BOT mode were research. The development countermeasures and foreground of BOT mode in China were summarized.
