摘　　要：文章主要介绍了在无水AlCl3作用下用异丁烯做完基化剂,从混合C9芳烃溶剂油中合成烷基连三甲苯的过程,并交代了该烷基化反应的较佳工艺参数为：烯烃∶连三甲苯（mol/mol）=1.1∶1、烷基化温度（℃）：70-90、催化剂/投料（m/m）=1.5∶100、烯烃进气速度l/min：3;减压精馏的较佳工艺参数为：真空度为9.584×10^4-9.927×10^4Pa、回流比R=3-15∶1、切取温度范围90-119℃。烷基连三甲苯的精馏收率在大于85%。The paper mainly introduced in the anhydrous AICI3 with under the action of isobutylene finish base catalyst, the mixed C9 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil synthetic alkyl even three toluene process, and replacement of the alkylation reaction of better process parameters for： olefin： even three toluene （mol/mol） = 1.1：1, alkylation ~C temperature： 70-90, catalyst/feeding （m/m） - 1.5 ： 100, olefin inlet velocity I/rain：3; The reduced pressure distillation better process parameters for： vacuum 9.584×10^4-9.927×10^4 Pa, return ratio R = 3-15：1, chipped temperature range 90- 119℃. Alkyl even three toluene in the distillation yield more than 85 %.
