摘 要:模块化级联电机系统是将一个电机单元作为一个模块,多个电机模块串联起来工作的系统,只改变电机数目便可满足不同功率的需求,分数槽集中绕组电机适合作为模块化级联电机系统的单模块电机。本文通过分析分数槽集中绕组永磁电机的槽极数的配合规律,设计了满足系统性能指标的两台不同性能的单模块电机,并对其磁动势进行谐波分析。通过仿真计算了涡流损耗,分析了槽口宽度和永磁体分块对涡流损耗的影响,得到了系统的效率Map图。最后,对系统进行了实验验证,并与一参考样机对比,结果表明,模块化级联电机系统采用分数槽集中绕组永磁电机,能有效减小电机尺寸,降低电机重量,提高系统的转矩密度。In modular cascade, machine(MCM) system, unit machine is used as a single module and multiple modules operate in series. Different power demands can be met by adjusting the number of machines. Fractional-slot concentrated windings machine is suitable as a single module of MCM system. In this paper, the rule of slot/pole matching of fractional-slot concentrated windings permanent magnet machine is analyzed. Accordingly, two modular machines with different performance which can meet the requirements of the system capability are designed, and harmonic analysis of magneto-motive force is carried out. The effect of notch width and segmentation of permanent magnet on eddy current loss is analyzed. Eddy current loss is calculated by FEA simulation, and then efficiency map of the MCM system is obtained. Finally, the system is verified by experimental research which is compared with a reference prototype. The results show that the MCM system using fractional-slot concentrated windings permanent magnet machine can reduce the size and weight of system effectively, and improve the torque density.
