摘 要:为了提高永磁电机的可靠性和容错性,研究了一种六相永磁容错磁通切换电机(FaultTolerant Flux Switching Permanent Magnet Motor,FTFSPM)。该电机继承了永磁磁通切换电机的结构特点和功率密度优势,同时具备故障隔离和抑制短路电流的能力。通过有限元仿真研究了该电机电感特性和转矩特性,分析了电机的电磁性能和容错能力。为使该电机在单相故障时仍能提供平滑转矩,提出了容错电流优化控制策略。开路故障时,利用扩展坐标变换,通过控制转子同步旋转坐标系下的交轴电流、零序电流,实现转矩脉动的补偿,同时优化转矩铜耗比。针对短路故障,提出一种故障分解补偿法,对短路电流及绕组正常电流缺失引起的转矩脉动或转矩缺失分别进行补偿,进而矢量合成,实现容错控制的同时,避免了复杂的在线计算。在原理样机上进行了带载实验及容错实验,证明了所研究的永磁容错磁通切换电机的转矩输出能力和容错性能,同时验证了所提容错控制策略的有效性。In order to improve the reliability and fault-tolerant capability of the permanent magnet machine, a six-phase fault-tolerant flux switching permanent magnet machine(FTFSPM) is investigated in this paper. The machine presents not only benefits from high power density and good structural features of the permanent magnet flux switching(FSPM) machines, but also shows excellent fault-tolerant capability. Electromagnetic performance and fault-tolerant capability are analysed based on finite element analysis and experimental results. Fault-tolerant current control strategies are proposed in order to maintain a smooth output torque at single-phase fault state. By controlling current of q axis and zero sequence under synchronous rotating coordinates, torque ripple caused by open-circuit fault can be reduced and copper loss is considered at the same time. In condition of short-circuit fault, a compensation strategy based on fault decomposition is proposed. With compensating for short-circuit current and normal phase current loss respectively, complex online calculations are avoided. Experiments are taken on the prototype machine to verify the torque density, fault-tolerant capability of the machine and the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy.
