摘　　要：文章以北京市政府网站群为例分析我国政府信息公开实践发展状况,通过采集的中国知网数据对我国政府信息公开的理论研究进行定量分析,指出了当前我国政府信息公开存在的问题以及社会上对政府信息公开认识上的偏差,提出了情报学视角的政府信息公开就是要建立面向使用的政府信息公开,并阐明面向使用的政府信息公开的思想和目标。This paper analyzes the practice development of government information disclosure in China using the example of Beijing municipal government website group, and quantitatively analyzes the theory research of government in- formation disclosure by the data gathered from CNKI, explores current problems and understanding deviation on government information disclosure, indicates government information disclosure from the perspective of information science is to estab- lish usage - oriented government information disclosure, and explains the ideas and object of usage - oriented government information disclosure.
