摘　　要：文章在技术采纳模型(TAM)的基础上提出了概念模型,通过问卷调查,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建模验证模型,使用Smart PLS2.0软件处理和分析数据。结果表明,信任、满意度、效率、感知易用性和感知有用性对用户使用智能手机管理个人信息的意愿有显著影响,趣味性对用户意愿没有影响。最后,根据研究结果提出了建议与对策。This paper proposes the hypothesis model on the basis of TAM, through the questionnaire survey, uses PLS test model and Smart PLS2.0 to process and analyze data. The results show that trust, satisfaction, efficiency, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significant influence on user＇ s intention to adopt smart phone for personal information management, enjoyment have not influence user＇s intention, and at the end of the paper, the authors propose some counter- measures according to the research results.
