摘　　要：对2011年度福建省属公益类科研院所的科技经费投入、承担项目、成果、科技产出进行统计分析,针对福建省属公益类科研院所在科技投入与产出方面的成效与存在的问题,提出若干发展思路。The paper conducts statistical analysis on scientific fund input, research projects, scientific achievements and scientific output of province-owned public scientific research institutes in Fujian in 2011. And contraposing the performance and existing questions in sci-tech input and output of Fujian＇ s province-owned research institutes, it proposes several recommendations.
