招标环境下高校图书馆外文图书采选与编目加工

摘　　要：阐述了招标环境下,外文图书采用读者、采访馆员、学科馆员等多层次人员参与选书的采选新模式,实行目录选书与实体书展选书相结合的采选途径;在与书商开展合作的基础上,建立指标体系对其目录、书展现书、图书采购后的服务能力以及执行能力进行监督考评,促使对方提高服务质量;中标后由一家或者多家书商承担图书的编目加工任务,优点是减轻图书馆压力、提高工作效率,缺点是质量方面达不到图书馆要求。对此,图书馆应严格控制人员素质和数量,并加强培训指导以及监督管理工作。The paper elaborates a new purchasing mode for foreign-language books acquisition in bidding environment,in which readers,acquisition librarians and subject librarians are involved in book selection,and takes book-selecting way of combining book lish with book exhibition. On the basis of cooperation with booksellers,the paper establishes a index system to supervise and evaluate bookseller＇s service ability and executive capability,so as to prompt them to improve quality of service. It points out that the advantages of one or more booksellers to undertake cataloging and processing after winning the bid are reduction of library＇s pressure and improvement of work efficiency, and the disadvantage is in inferior quality. For this,library should take measures to strictly control quality and quantity of cataloging workers ,reinforce training guidance as well as supervision and management.
