摘　　要：探讨复杂的外国个人责任者名称著录的现状和存在问题,认为外国姓名在表现形式上的多样化和复杂化,以及目前我国出版部门未对外国个人责任者姓名统一规定译法,是造成著录混乱的主要原因,并提出一些合理化建议。The paper probes into the actuality and existing problems of complicated description of name of foreign individual author. It points forward that foreign name＇s diversification and complication in representation form, as well as having not unified translation of foreign name in China＇ s publishing departments, are main causes of the disordered description. Finally it gives suggestions for improvement.
