摘 要:机动雷达载车进入阵地展开时,对载车平台的水平度及支撑腿承载有较高要求,称重传感器作为检测载车调平支撑腿着地状况的敏感器件,对保障安全、稳定调平至关重要。文中基于称重传感器的检测原理,阐述了称重传感器在雷达载车全自动调平中的作用。通过全自动调平中调平腿的动态承载图表,分析类比了调平腿的受力状况。同时,描述了称重传感器的静态承载检测功能,提供了应用称重传感器消除由于各种原因导致调平腿虚支撑现象的解决方案。When mobile radar vehicle arrives at the site and to be deployed, there are strict requirements on the levelness of the ve- hicle platform along with load bearing of the supporting legs. Weighing sensor, which is a kind of sensitive component used for tes- ting the states of the leveling support legs when they touch down on the ground, is significant to safety insurance as well as leveling stability. On the basis of detection principles of the weighing sensor, introduces in details its function in automatic leveling process of the radar vehicle is introduced in details. By means of dynamic load-bearing graph of the leveling legs during automatic leveling, the stress on the leveling legs is analyzed and analogized. In addition, static load-bearing detection function of the weighing sensor is also described and a solution is given with the application of the weighing sensor for eliminating the phenomenon of uncertain support of the leveling legs due to varieties of reasons.
